People Dynamics
- This is the company of Larry Dybis. He is located in the general Chicago, IL
area. He has a wonderful array of services very similar to my own, and we work
together on projects often. Association with Mr. Dybis allows me to add to my
national scope. He recently developed the New self-contained workshop
program - "Combating Stress, Conflict, and
Violence in the Workplace".

Carol Hale, MSEd - My wife and partner for several decades. She is an accomplished and experienced family therapist with state licensure. She not only does therapy, but is a trainer and educator as well. She conducts marvelous groups related to anger management and team development. |

Rod Spaulding, MSE - A life-long associate with VAST experience in the role of human dynamics in organizations. His specialty through the years has been school systems. He has served many administrative roles in several districts mainly in Tennessee and South Carolina. His ongoing consulting work has led him to assist many districts throughout the Southeast with notable work in Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama. Our first association was jointly developing and administering a national, non-profit organization based in New York City working with families in difficult situations. He has recently formally retired from his position with a school district in the Charleston, SC area, and now works full time as a consultant. His special project at this time is development of Foundations to assist in School Funding for school districts. | |
